Entertaining Children about the World
Formula Fun Entertainment Ltd (FFE) aim is to create, develop, produce and distribute children television shows, with a strong geographical emphasis, to the global market. At the heart of both, the boy and girl property, is the desire to characterise popular global sports to create entertaining, geographically educational stories with a truly multi-cultural feel.
Franco and Formula Fun is the first children’s property, aimed at 3-7 year olds, to launch globally in 2012. The television show won the prestigious 2009 MIP Junior ‘Licensing Challenge’ award as the property with the ‘greatest licensing and merchandising potential from over 80 global entrants’. FFE is exploiting all rights, including TV, DVD, Licensing and Merchandising. 6 broadcast channels covering 28 countries have already acquired the rights to the television series - TV2 (Norway), MTV OY (Finland), Media 365 (Iceland), Hop! TV (Israel) and Al Jazeera Children’s Channel (Middle East).
Our Philosophy - ‘Children Come First’
Our priority is to look after young children’s needs. The television shows are built from the ‘bottom up’. At concept stage, the team spend months honing an idea with the people that count - children, parents and school teachers. We ask fathers and sons to road test toy ideas, teachers to use the geographically educational material in classrooms and children to listen to story ideas. The end result is a television show that ignites children’s imaginations about the world in which we live and gets them asking for more!
