The global adventures of Franco and Formula Fun is an innovative new children property aimed at 3 - 7 year olds. Franco and Formula Fun takes children on a voyage of discovery about the world in which we live. There is one great BIG world out there and Franco and Formula Fun will bring that world down to knee high level so kids can immerse themselves in the sights, sounds and sensations of each country.
The concept is vast with truly global aspirations; there are 12 fun fantasy characters with amazing transforming traits visiting 13 countries in the first series offering our partners a wide range of licensing, publishing and home entertainment opportunities. Franco and Formula Fun bridges the gap in the pre-school market to bring children a multi-cultural and geographically educational show.

The Inspiration:
Franco and Formula Fun uniquely characterises the global sport of motor racing for children; both Formula One and Indy Racing league (IRL) are enjoyed by over 625 million television viewers each year. Franco and Formula Fun is the children’s equivalent bringing the excitement of a global racing concept to children for the first time.
“Can I play with your Ferrari please, Daddy?” It was this request that set the wheels in motion for Franco and Formula Fun; the question was asked by Bruno to his Formula One fanatic father, Simon, and referred to his valuable die-cast car collection. Bruno’s mum Marina helped him to understand the global nature of the motor racing world, teaching him about the many countries in which races are held. Soon other children were becoming interested, then teachers in classrooms…before long the concept for Franco and Formula Fun was born! What started as a boy’s enthusiasm for his father’s passion is now being launched as an entire children’s educational brand, with television and licensing opportunities.
