Finalist UK RED’s Hot Women Award 2011
Red Magazine have announced Marina Nicholas, Creator of ‘Franco and Formula Fun’ and CEO of Formula Fun Entertainment Ltd, as a finalist in the 2011 UK RED’s Hot Women Awards.
The RED’s Hot Women Awards 2011 celebrate women across a range of careers, from creative to internet to start up to ethical, who have made a significant impact in the UK. There are three key attributes that make a Red’s Hot Women, according to Sam Baker, Red’s editor in chief, ‘to have courage of their convictions - women who have gone out on a limb for an idea they believed in. Secondly, to have a passion to make a difference and finally the ability to inspire others.‘
The awards boast an impressive panel of judges which this year include:
- Sarah Brown - ex-Prime Minister’s wife and charity campaigner
- Kirsty Dale - PR Director - Coty Prestige UK
- Miriam Gonzalez Durantez - Partner DLA Piper and wife of deputy prime minister Nick Clegg
- Karen Mattison - founder Women Like Us
